Project Save Our Surf is reaching out to friends in the Hollywood and Surf communities to raise awareness and funds for clean ocean initiatives.

Join us all, for the 2010 SURF 24, a 24 hour surf-a-thon fundraiser event to be held at the HB pier on June 19th, international surfing day. Live Concerts featuring Common Sense, HumanLab and four other bands as well as a moonlight Showing of North Shore with a Cast and Crew Q&A, VIP Beach Screening of THE COVE in High Definition.

SURF 24 beneficiaries, The Surfrider Foundation, Heal the Bay and Inside The Outdoors are all unique in the ways they are dedicated to initiatives that transform our environment and create global awareness of the very real “fight” for clean water and clean oceans.

A handful of us here (That’s all there is here, just a handful! you can volunteer here!) at Project Save Our Surf have been working really hard over the last year to organize this event and reach out to sponsors and participants.  You can make a world of difference by donating ANY amount! We so hope to see you and we thank you for supporting the work we do and the beneficiaries we do it for.

DONATE HERE!

Stop by our site and take a look at who has signed up today and is coming out to support this cause by surfing in the SURF 24 event.

If you, or anyone you know may be interested in supporting this cause and doing it in just about the most fun way possible, please forward this blog url to them and visit projectsaveoursurf.org to sign up to surf for a cause. Thank you  :)  Tanna Frederick,
Founder, Project Save Our Surf
